Steps to install the game:
1- Open the first DVD with power ISO and open the file ( GTAIV/Readme.txt )
2- Ignore the 9th and 10th step of the installation.
3- download crack and patch
4- Copy the crack to the installation folder ex. C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
4- Install the patch , after that when u want to play , just go to the installation folder and click on Launch GTA IV.
There u go Folks , problems have been solved.
